In Canadian Payroll, we deduct health benefits once a month per employee. I would like for the system to recognize that this deduction has been taken for the month without me having to remember which box gets checked off for that pay period. This will also help with people hired midway through the month, so they're deduction will be captured, while anyone who has already contributed will not have theirs deducted.
