The USER\*.ism files should be switched to XML. This would allow for:
- easy update of custom shortcuts where there is a move to a new server
- add shortcuts without having to open Sage as a specific user
- add/update printer assignments
- configure column ordering for a new user

Also, copies of program shortcuts should not be version-stamped. If you remove a old license file you can get a licensing error using an old shortcut.
