Sage 300 allows users to enter the master file number. Only GL structure and IC structure has the validation. It will be really useful if system can control what's the next number would be.

• It would be good if it was an option, mark a segment in a structure as an incrementing segment or a structure as an incrementing structure and that would give the flexibility.
  Perhaps add structures to AP vendors and AR Customers to allow the same thing.
