If you have a 7 page order that has 11 lines of comments on the order line, then you need to create a PO with all the exact same details as on the order, it would be nice to have 1 of two things.
1. when you create the PO from Order Entry, have all the comments insert into the purchase order so that you don't have to copy each individual comment line 1 at a time.
or
2. Give the ability to copy the entire comment window from one comment screen to another comment screen when you have the OE detail comment screen open, the ability to select all and paste it to the PO detail line comment window.
this would save hours of key entry. I understand there are 3rd party products that do this but users pay a lot of money for the Sage software, why should they have to purchase 3rd party product to do something so simple??

Copy of changed item description and comments to the PO, has to be automatic, controlled by user and setting to enable "always", "never" or "ask".
