Now that HRMS can be attached to payroll, the job title field in HRMS has been expanded to 60 characters. This results in Job titles being truncated on the payroll side. It would also speed reporting if the job code from HRMS were also stored on the payroll side, and made a part of the check header/check details tables. Sometimes people are paid for more than one job in a pay cycle, and reporting needs to be done from that (restaurant business -- you could be wait staff, bartender, hostess, etc. all in a single paycheck, with different pay rates).
