If a worker's comp code or a cost center value changes on an employee, it doesn't automatically change on the line items on the pay tab. This causes people to not go where they need to for reporting. Anytime a value in these fields are changed, it should update onto the pay tab. If something needs to be a different code, which is rare, those few can always be changed back manually.

  • A utility to push these value changes to the pay tab, with a report of all employees and earning/deduction changed on the pay tab. One utility for workers comp and a second utility for cost center overrides. Have it look on the cost center tab or the class/sched tab for WC, and push those values to the pay tab.
