The screen isn't display 'Unit Cost' for each line, we'd like to suggest add column with Unit Cost, the acceptable method of calculating the Unit Cost can be on average basis.
This is in the Sage 300 core module, the PO module, you may navigate to PO --> PO Statistics and Inquiries --> Purchase History.
