There is a manual process whereby if an employee stops contributing to the 401K at any time during the year there is a manual process that we have to remember to complete for that individual to make sure the employer contribution also stops. This has caused us an issue and we would like an automatic option whereby when the employee is not contributing the employer doesn’t continue to contribute.
