(1) Cleared Amount : The "Cleared Amount" only allow to type the figures in Recon Statement screen, but not in Deposit Details Screen. So in the Deposit Details screen, the "Difference" column make no meaning. It should be also able to type in the cleared amount when there is difference amount cleared in the bank statement. Just like the features in the Recon Statement Screen.

When there is different cleared amount, the Recon Status column should have another option as "Partially Cleared" since it is not an bank error or write-off. As some transactions may take up in lumpsum amount by end of the month, and the amount cleared in bank maybe in partial only and the balance will only cleared in the following month.


(2) Additional Columns: It is more convenience if it is able to add in additional fields with sorting in the recon statement screen for easy searching.. eg: some internal reference number key in the "Reference" Field.
