The Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) requires all sale invoices to include an electronic signature of the official receipt to be printed with the invoice report. On the desktop version you can directly send the report to the printer to print. Therefore that allows the signature to be captured.
But on the web version its does not allow to print unless report is first generated into a PDF file. Currently the PDF is generated with the Built in Font encoding. Therefore it does not allow to insert an electronic signature of TRA.
We need the PDF to be generated in ANSI Font encoding so that we can capture the electronic signature and make official sales
