The payroll software allows the user to generate an amended T4 file to send to CRA, but does not allow the user to print out the physical copy of the T4 as amended. CRA will in turn reject the employee's income tax return when they file it, since their T4 does not have the word AMENDED printed on it. I believe that this would be a fairly easy fix within the software, that could save hours of manual labour depending on the number of T4's that have been amended.
