We've created an email template to send invoices so we can go paperless. However, there is no way to add the tracking number to the body of the email because it is not an available variable. So, a customer must download the invoice PDF to their desktop, then open it to be able to copy the tracking info to then be able to paste it into the carrier's website to get tracking info.
Seems like the shipment tracking number is a pretty fundamental piece of info to include in the email template.
