Sage 300 clients are not aware of if they are no current on their subscription entitlement, rather than lengthy process of identifying current subscription status, Sage can provide an object on Sage Desktop to provide status similar to traffic light visual display.
Green means current/active in subscription, Red means expired (software will not function) and Yellow is some sort of warning (about to expire).
This is very crucial for upgrade scheduling and migration from Sage 300 to 300c.
It will improve customer care, and eliminate confusion why software is inactive or client can't acess software. It is possible that Client didn't provide new expiry date on Credit Card.
