AR customer only has the "customer name" field but many companies are operating under a different name to the entities legal name. In this case sales staff are not aware of the legal name when searching for customers in OE and the customer name field does not allow enough characters for both legal and trading names.

Further for reporting it would be better to have them as separate fields so that multiple trading names of the same company can each have their own account but can be shown together based on the common legal name.

This field is available in AP vendors so I'm not sure why it was not included for customers.
