OE order line items are fixed in place. in order to change them lines have to be deleted and re-added. some quotes/ orders can have a significant number of line items and if for whatever reason the order needs to be amended this can not be done easily.
Editing the order of line items would be much quicker and simpler if they can be dragged and dropped in the required location.
