In an organization with multiple entities it would be much more efficient to have a User Activation/Deactivation UI that would allow for setting up of a user and assigning permissions across all entities, perhaps in a grid format (user,company, module, permissions). The current process is very long and tedious, having to go into each entity to assign permissions for each module when, in many cases, the permissions across entities may be the same (when using a single system DB). The same long process has to be done when deactivating an employee.

...and, ability to "copy user" from another's permissions.
