Same user ID should not be used to access the application at the same time into different workstation for licensing control. The system should have a capability to check that once the user ID is already logged in, it will prevent a new login until the user logs out from the last session regardless if there are still licenses available.

Would need to be a selectable feature, a number of clients want the ability to multi--login.
