It would be great if users could share selection lists. This way selection lists for processing payroll could be updated by entering the new hire, which might not be done by the person running payroll. Also, selection lists won't have to be recreated by multiple users for the same purpose (eliminating the risk of people being excluded from one, and included by another, giving different results). Also, there should be an option of selection lists being dynamic based on a field.
