Large accounts with full end-to-end and significant automation, the burn rate on GL batches is only 5 years of operation.
The current solution in GL Period End Maintenance -> Reset Batch Numbers is unacceptable.
Converting GL BATCHID from CHAR(6) to BCD(5), like AR&AP Subledgers would remove limitation.
