For the US Payroll, I find it very confusing when Calculating Payroll in US Payroll.

I know the first step is to have the employees enter their time in TimeCard. The second step is I have to Calculate Payroll and I have to select the "Pay Employees In these Frequencies" such as Daily, Weekly, BiMonthly, etc.

My question is why can't I Calculate Payroll based on the entered TimeCards? Why do I have to select Daily, Weekly, etc? Why can't I have it simply Calculate Payroll based on the TimeCards and it will process the Frequencies based on the employee records?

By making this change, it will make it easier to use Payroll. The current interface should be like modern one's today. You enter the Employee Number, Dates, and Hours worked and it calculates the taxes and prints out the checks.
