You cannot pay any one that is not active anyway. It would make it much easier to just be able to scroll through employees when entering time cards, and not have to scroll through all the terminated people. Inactive would be fine to leave in the list. If there were an option somewhere to have it only show Active/Inactive but NOT terminated, this would speed up any data entry that is needed.
