The Sage Emailing function should have a messaging queue system that can show you what is being sent/processed.
Just crashing on an error with the users having no visibility on the progress is not helpful.

These addons are great, not sure how they work. However, this is something Sage 300 should have better functionality without add-on's. This is a very poor email setup and makes it very easy to send incorrect messages or messages to the wrong email. Also, without any preview of message prior to sending, it also is very easy to send incorrect messages in a large volume. Very poor setup direct from Sage and should be much better in today's world of paperless documents.
