Seems like each time we upgrade to next release the license file and data activation has to be manually updated. seems like the user experience on this is manual and labor intensive, and it appears to our IT as unnecessary. we have subscription licensing, so install/upgrade process should be able to verify current licensing modules and auto-activate once product modules are in place. is there anything that can be done to improve this with automation or a better user experience to get licensing and data activation done quicker?

For subscription upgrades you paste in one code (system manager) and it auto captures the rest. Easy enough.
