Sage 300: Prevent setting an IC item to 'inactive' if item is on a OE Shipment/Invoice or PO Receipt/Invoice that is not marked Day End "Complete"

Prevent setting an IC item to 'inactive' if item is on a OE Shipment/Invoice or PO Receipt/Invoice that is not marked Day End "Complete".

This would prevent day end processing errors/failing.
For example the following error was resolved by changing the item back to "active" status: I/C Day End Error: Item MC3010 - Location 11 does not exist. Day End Processing could not process all transactions.
