Add the ability to filter and sort on the various columns in the UI. This tool is great to see who is doing what especially when there is a processing conflict but when you have 25 entities and 90 users the list becomes very long displaying information that is not of interest (looking for a specific entity or screen in use by whom).
Set the default refresh rate, as it stands, the screen is constantly flashing which becomes very annoying.
