There are two methods of checking used to issue a credit warning on a customer's order. One is for an outstanding balance that exceeds a designated amount. The other is for AR transactions overdue by a specific number of days or amount. These are setup in the AR Customer record.

When the customer places an order and has exceeded a designated amount (the first check), the OE Credit check window pops up with the Customer Credit Limit information.

When the customer places an order that has exceeded a designated amount (the first check), AND has AR transactions overdue by a specific number of days or amount (the second check), the OE Credit check window pops up with the Customer Credit Limit information and the details of the Aged Transactions and how much overdue they are.

However, when the customer places an order where the customer only has AR transactions overdue by a specific number of days, the OE credit check window pops up with NO INFORMATION at all.

We'd like to see the appropriate information displayed when the AR Transactions are overdue.
