We need the ability to turn off the applying of credit notes to the invoice. (Still need to put the invoice number on the credit note for tracking and so it copies over the details)
Auto applying for us makes end of month rec harder as it depends when customers take up credits with payments. We would like the option to disable auto applying so all credits and invoices show as outstanding on the account until you manually take it up / apply it when they pay their monthly account.
