Sage CRM 2024 introduces a new feature where the AI Chat-bot is always enabled system-wide.
While it's possible to turn this feature off system-wide by editing the database manually, it would be great to have this as a user preference, when enabled for the system. It would also be great to have a system behaviour toggle for this, so that we don't have to modify the database from the back end to turn it off.
