When in Take Off Screens the ikon (Oklahoma) & function for setting WBS values is missing?

And those settings do not hold until they are reset, you have to reassign after every entry, slowing down your takeoff.

• The Utah button was replaced with a checkbox.
  On the ribbon, choose the View tab and select "Item Takeoff Settings".
  This enables a pane at the bottom that can be docked or floating or pinned just like the detail and totals windows.
  You can also right-click on the checkbox and choose “Add to Quick Access Toolbar” so it will always be available to turn on and off.
  The prefills during takeoff will only happen if the checkbox is on.
  
  Also, I think the defaults remain until you reset them or until you close the estimate. Let us know if you are seeing something different.
