If the "Assembly Takeoff" window is open, the following icons "gray" out: Info, Layout, Combine, Adjust Column, Move/Copy, Sort Sequence.
You have to close the "Assembly Takeoff" window to access these areas of the program.
You should be able to access them with "Assembly Takeoff" open.
