When in the "Bid Grid" window we would like for there to be a "Notes" column after the "Amount" column. Currently you have to right-click on the sub's name to add a note.
Additionally we would like the "Bid Grid Report" to show the notes after the "Amount" column on the report document in lieu of below the subs name.
This will help make quick and easy sub/supplier selections by being able to tell who is low but also, with the help of the notes column, who is complete. For instance the notes column would be used to indicate if XYZ contractor is missing sales taxes in his price, whereas ABC contractor has a complete bid. XYZ could have the low price but ABC is complete. In the same window you would be able to see and compare. Additionally we will have others review our estimate in detail. Printing off the bid grid report with easy to follow rows and columns will help the review process.
