Built-in report writing is very limited with the options Sage offers. At the very least we'd like to see the ability to export directly to Microsoft Word. Would also like to see something like a series of check boxes for what gets displayed and what doesn't, add contract language, etc.
Our sales and estimators would benefit greatly from being able to create better reports within Sage instead of having to invest in additional report writing software.
