I use empty phases to visually break up my phase items. For instance, I separate engineering from material costs from construction costs, etc. This way it takes less time to locate any specific item. Sage 18.11 hides my empty phases. I would like to see it go back to the way it was, so that I don't have to go into every blank phase and add an empty line item.

100% Agree. Same thing happens to me as well.
This should have been fixed in 19.11
