In the estimate information there are user defined fields that can be named. These fields also need the ability to create a list of choices for drop down to keep users input consistent. If a field was setup for estimate status user might create a list of (Bidding, Pending, Awarded, and Lost) content would be consistent in how content is spelled to make better searches and reporting.
The Project Type field should have this ability also.

This then allows reporting to be built to show summary of project types and award and lost ratios. Every company can use better estimate historical tracking.
