Allow Estimating SQL to read or Synchronize with 300 CRE's Address Book application.
Could be as simple as it checking for differences on Access or allowing a Synchronize button in Estimating Management Console.

As of 20.1 we modified the migration process so that you could point to the 300 address book and 'remigrate'. The process would pull in any updates.
