Sometimes we will have items that need to be included as lump sums on the totals page - preconstruction fee and previously bought bid packages are two examples - that we want included in the bottom line total. But when we have addons that are based on Total Estimate, they calculate on these lump sum items as well, when they should not be included in that calculation. It would basically be nice to be able to move addons below the "Total" line, with a secondary total line at the very bottom. The "Total" line would still be the basis for the "Estimate Total" addons, and the secondary total line would be informational only.

How would your request differ from setting the Totals Addon using the Range Choice feature and placing the Lump Sum items in the database outside of that range? Or just setting your Addon for the Total that is Range Choice limited?
Things like Bonds for example are calculated on the Bottom Line ... so what Traci is saying is it would be nice for additional items to be shown on the estimate totals page (such as Owner Costs), but not be part of the basis for the items that are calculated on the Estimate Total. I completely agree with Traci and we would like to see this "secondary total" feature added.
