Please enable the ability to make an estimate available by an Administrator when an estimate is in use by another user. this feature appears to have been disabled in the Management Console in Version 19 of Sage.

Thank you for your submission, we have added it to our backlog and will prioritize accordingly.
This was removed because some customers were using this feature to allow multiple users into an estimate at one once creating data integrity issues for them and liability issues for us. Your feedback is appreciated however and we will explore other options.
