Sage Estimating SQL: Please enable the ability to make an estimate available by an Administrator when an estimate is in use by another user. This feature appears to have been disabled in the Management Console in Version 19 of Sage.

In version 19 of Sage Estimating, the ability to access an estimate that was left open by another user was disabled. It is imperative this feature be reactivated. If an individual fails to log out of an estimate it is now impossible for another user to get access to this estimate. This has caused many issues for us as an estimating team. Please allow an administrator to open this estimate through the Manager Console.

This was removed because some customers were using this feature to allow multiple users into an estimate at one once creating data integrity issues for them and liability issues for us. Your feedback is appreciated however and we will explore other options.
