Please enable the ability to make an estimate available by an Administrator when an estimate is in use by another user. This feature appears to have been disabled in the Management Console in Version 19 of Sage.

Unfortunately we had to pull this feature. Admins were intentionally unlocking estimates while users were in them in order to allow multiple users into an estimate at one time. This puts the estimate into a corrupt state creating liability issues for us.
Estimates can be unlocked by closing out all users and restarting the sql instance.
Or how about the user that has it opens approves the close of the estimate. They are just in 5 estimates and don't know someone else else wants in or forgot to close it.
