In order to send a portion of an estimate as a "Base Project" in Job Cost, the WBS code needs to be *unassigned* so it is not included in an Extra. This works great if you send the entire estimate at once, but if you are trying to send just the unassigned items, when there are already other extras in the estimate, you can't. When selecting your WBS Sort Levels, the should be one for *unassigned* if there are items that are actually unassigned.
