Adjusting the "Labor Productivity Factor" changes the "Labor Productivity", and the "Labor Base Productivity" remains unchanged as it should. However, when you adjust the "Labor Productivity" directly, it also changes the "Labor Base Productivity", and the "Labor Productivity Factor" remains unchanged.

Making an adjustment to the "Labor Productivity" directly, should change the "Labor Productivity Factor" so that the "Labor Base Productivity" remains unchanged. This functionality should also apply to the Equipment category.
