We have moved from an older estimating software that would allow us to make notes at the spreadsheet level and at the item or assembly entry level. This was extremely handy to help differentiate between like items. For example, we might have a WBS code for continuous footings but we may need to make a note about one footing on the south side of the building but still sort it to the WBS Continuous Footings. Please add this ability to the software and the reporting capabilities. BTW, loving Sage Estimating so far.
