One is able to identify a total amount for Labor+Material+Subcontract+Equipment+Other, but the makeup of 'Add-On' amounts are frequently requested to be broken out....most commonly when the add-on includes Material Sales Tax.

There should be a way to identify any Add-On Amount separately, no differently than one of the five cost categories listed above. More and more clients are requesting the exact makeup of all breakouts, and if the five cost categories do not sum up to the 'Grand Total Amount', questions are raised.

A collapsed project estimate summary should show all detail that adds up to the Estimate's Grand Total, without having to navigate to different areas or views within the program to obtain this information.
