With Sage Intacct, there is a flag on each standard task that allows it to be marked as inactive. When pulling up the standard task list in Sage Estimating, however, all standard tasks are currently displayed, including inactive tasks.

This should be updated so that the standard task list only displays active tasks by default.

Since Intacct does not allow standard tasks to be deleted when they have been used on a project, the recommended approach is to flag them as inactive. This makes it difficult for estimators to distinguish between valid, active task codes and those that should no longer be used if they see all task instead of just active ones.
