With so many remote users or users in general, we can rarely to an update or change the accounting period because someone has left their station logged on. This makes it so multiple adjusting entries are required to correct everything that post without the options of selecting an accounting period, ex: PO receipt.
We end up needing to advance the accounting period by 2 months by the time we can get everyone off at the same. This also means that there is a large amount of time where people are not working as we try to get everyone out of Sage for it to still not work in the end.

You can go to Database Admin & run a "Tune-Up". This will log off all users that have the program open.
