over/under billing current year only

I would like the over/under billing to have the option to run billings and costs for the current year only and to exclude previous years.

Unbilled costs report

Would be helpful option to have a Job Cost report for all "Unbilled" expenses. Right now all you can pull is all costs report and not specifically unbilled.
